Comforter covers protect against spills and wear

Comforter covers will protect your high quality down, and add some style to your bedroom. The care and cleanliness of your comforter cover is equally important as the comforter itself.

Comforter covers usually come in cotton, but alternative fabric choices are popular as well, like silk, stain and velvet. A silk duvet cover should be very slick and silky, and tightly woven. Velvet covers are best when it’s 100% high pile plush on both sides. Whatever style you choose for your bedroom, remember to seek quality first.

Looking at its thread count of comforter covers is always a good way to ensure top of the line luxury. Ideally, the thread count should be at least 200, and blend at 50% cotton for natural softness, and 50% polyester for no-iron convenience. Although for allergy reason, organic 100% cotton is always a better bet.
